Because this is my uncensored story of how to lose weight quick. The ups, the downs, what approaches didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of how can you lose weight fast

Being a full time mother, wife and having busy job, I never noticed my weight gain until I decided to put on a bikini that I wore before I got married. One look in the mirror and I knew I had a big problem (if you’re wondering the bikini did not fit, sob).

I knew right then and there that I needed to make a change. So I started researching popular diets, programs and exercises (really anything I could find).

I first tried a few extreme diets.  However that didn’t last too long as I found them to be too overwhelming for me to stick with. To be specific, one of these extreme diet programs was so restrictive in fact, that you couldn’t even have an apple! Needless to say, I was always feeling hungry and had little energy during my busy day.

Then I considered joining a gym. You know, sign up to get personal training, etc. That idea was even worse! Juggling a career, being a mother and wife meant very little free time so going to the gym was not really an option for me.

I was getting pretty frustrated with my research, so in a desperate attempt to lose fat fast, I decided to buy an exercise machine I saw on TV. I thought this would be great. I could workout anytime I wanted, all in the comfort of my home. While the actual purchase provided me with some strange sense of accomplishment (if that makes any sense), after using the device for a few days and following their weight loss tips, I realized how silly I was in getting caught up in the hype. So I stopped using it altogether.

So at this point in my quest to see how much weight can you lose in a month, I was pretty down on myself but I still kept thinking how great I would one day look in that bikini of mine. So I raised my spirits and really spent time researching how to achieve my goal.

For short term weight loss goals, the diet actually works quite well. How Can You Lose Weight Fast? Stay Motivated

I thought I would spend some time talking about what I believe to be the single most important aspect to help you on journey to see how much weight can you lose in a month. Of course finding a weight loss programs or getting ahold of some good tips to lose weight are necessary, one thing is even more important. Motivation. It really does not matter if a program promises to show you how to lose 30 pounds (or whatever your weight loss goal maybe) if you have trouble sticking with it. In my personal experience, the true secret is staying mentally focused on losing weight even when you are not seeing the desired results.

So if you find yourself struggling to stay the course, I have assembled my top tips to help you on your journey of “how do I lose weight”.

First start off with the main reason you want to lose weight in the first place. Looking better, feeling healthier, etc. Then visualize how you want your body to look. I know this may be hard at first but it is well worth it. I mean really see yourself at your desired weight.

Now for the most important secret to my weight loss success.

Create very small goals. You should make them so small that you should be able to achieve each one with very little effort at all. Now this doesn’t mean setting actual weight loss goals (like say lose 5 pounds in a week) but rather goals involving the process not the outcome. So it could be something simple like adding in one more healthy item in a certain time-frame, or a certain amount of physical activity, etc. I think you get the picture. As I have said, just make sure the goal is very easily achievable. It may sound silly at first but once get going, you will see a world of difference in your motivation to achieve your fastest weight loss possible.

This principle is so empowering that now I use it in many things in my life outside of living a healthy lifestyle. So if you are struggling to stay motivated give this tip a try.

Now, I’ll share one more little secret with you..

Be happy. I have loving relationships with my children and my husband, but just like everyone else I can get down sometimes too. Besides using the small goals tactic, I have found laughter to also work very well. Laughter is a great way of getting me into a happy and positive frame of mind and has really lifted me up on times that I struggled with achieving my goal of finding out how to lose weight quick. I began a journey to become a slimmer and much healthier person by first asking myself the question: how much weight can you lose in a month? Like most people frustrated with their current weight, I too wanted a fast solution to my problem. So I naturally began researching all of the options available out there to find one which could truly help me lose weight fast. I found many solutions ranging from tips to lose weight, to others that promised to show you how to lose 20 pounds or more using their diet plan or special pill. However, very few of these guides showing you how can you lose weight fast are worth their weight in gold.

In my own research to help me find out how much weight can I lose in a month, I tried a wide range of these programs. One system wants you to completely stop eating certain food types, while another provides you with the meal plan altogether. After thorough review of the various “how do you lose weight” guides, I discovered that there is quite a bit of misinformation about weight loss.

I, among many others, used to believe that to lose weight all you needed to do was change your diet. However, after comparing the approach most weight loss guides use to a system which gave me the fastest weight loss, I simply could not and still cannot believe how different it is from the rest.
